The Nevada Board for the Regulation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas is a 6 member Board appointed by the Governor to oversee the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LP-Gas) Industry within the State of Nevada.

The Board is funded from fees collected from the suppliers and distributors of LP-Gas within the State of Nevada. The Board does not receive funds from the State general fund.

If you are a propane consumer in the State of Nevada you have certain rights and responsibilities.

 

To assist you in understanding these rights and responsibilities the Board has created a Consumer Bill of Rights.

Board Meetings

 

 

The Board typically meets the third Friday of each month at their office in Carson City. Check the Calendar for the next scheduled meeting. 

 

If you wish to have a license application placed on a meeting agenda, you must have your properly completed application with all supporting documentation submitted to the Board Staff before the cutoff date for that meeting.
