of LPG and who sells, fills, refills, delivers or is permitted

A business engaged in the business of installing equipment for the use
of LPG and who sells, fills, refills, delivers or is permitted

Class 2A License Application

A business engaged in the delivery of prefilled LP-Gas exchange

Class 2B License Application

A business engaged in the operation of an LP-Gas cylinder exchange

Class 3A License Application

A business engaged in the installation or repair of LP-Gas vapor piping,
appliances or venting.  (rev 07-01-2023)

Class 3B License Application

A business engaged in the installation or repair of LP-Gas
systems installed on recreational vehicles.  (rev 07-01-2023)

Class 3C License Application

A business engaged in the installation or repair of LP-Gas industrial
facilities. (rev 07-01-2023)

Class 3D License Application

A business engaged in the installation or repair of LP-Gas vehicled fuel

Class 3E License Application

A business not engaged in the sale of LP-Gas but engaged in the sale or
installation of gas equipment that the Board determines requires a

Class 4 License Application

A business which operates a dispenser at a fixed location for the resale

Class 5 License Application

A business engaged in kactivities relating to LP-Gas which the Board
